Meet the Teachers of the Studio

Ioanna Piagalis

Ioanna’s professional dance career started in 2003. She currently holds multiple titles for oriental dance and has 12 years of oriental dance experience under her belt.

Ioanna has completed qualifications in specialized sports nutrition, Pilates, professional fitness training, chakra dance and Reiki level 1 practitioner.

Ioanna understands that each individual has their own set of specific needs, mentally, physically and spiritually that need to be met in order to flourish. She encourages her students to diversify themselves in each aspect and strives to build and empower each of her students in her classes to experience an overall quality of life.

Ioanna is passionate about her students' progress and encourages them to push themselves to their limits to grow.

Caitlin Clancy

Caitlin Clancy is a certified yoga teacher qualified in Vinyasa, Bikram, Restorative, Primary series Ashtanga as well as Kids yoga. She has been teaching and sharing her yoga magic in 2015 and recently started teaching Acro Yoga too. Caitlin loves to move, bend and dance - bringing flow, breath awareness & mental goodness each time she steps on her mat.


Anli officially completed her teacher training in 2019. She is addicted to love and prefers it in large dosages. She believes in being softer, wilder, sillier and determined: always holding herself gently where she is at. She aims to facilitate a space for students to grow and to work hard where needed. She believes that your power lies in how deeply you recognise your own magic.

Health and wellness instructors not only focus on the physical aspect of health, but it is also a combination of mental, social and emotional health. Wellness coaches combine each aspect to indulge their clients in achieving self-centered goals related to mind, body, and spirit.
